Our client, a leadingg database management company requires a Credit Controller
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Credit Risk Assessment: Checking customer credit ratings and setting up credit accounts/limits.
Debt Collection: Proactively contacting clients to ensure timely payment of invoices.
Negotiation: Managing debt recovery by negotiating payment plans and handling queries.
Account Maintenance: Processing payments, issuing credit notes, and keeping accurate, up-to-date records.
Reporting & Legal Action: Producing, producing aged debt reports for management and initiating legal proceedings for non-payment.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Analytical Mindset: Evaluating financial data and credit reports.
Communication & Negotiation: Tactfully dealing with clients to secure payment.
